2 orta boy havuç
1 çay bardağı tel şehriye
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1 diş sarımsak
1 adet tavuk bulyon
5 su bardağı su
1 çay kaşığı tuz
Terbiyesi için:
4 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 tepeleme yemek kaşığı un
1 yumurta sarısı
1 çay bardağı su
Üzeri için:
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ
1 çay kaşığı nane

Hazırlanışı;

1.Tenceremize 2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağımızı alalım.
2.Üzerine 2 adet rendelenmiş havuç ve 1 diş sarımsağı ilave edip yumuşayıncaya kadar kavuralım.
3.Ardından 1 çay bardağı tel şehriye,1 adet tavuk bulyon ve 5 su bardağı suyu ilave edip 1-2 dk kaynatalım.
4.Bu sırada terbiyesi için karıştırma kabımıza 4 yemek kaşığı yoğurt,1 dolu yemek kaşığı un,1 adet yumurta sarısı,1 su bardağı suyu ilave edip karıştıralım.
5.Daha sonra kaynamakta olan çorbadan 2-3 kepçe kadar alarak terbiyemizi ekleyip karıştıralım.
6.Hazırladığımız terbiyemize çorbamızı ilave edip karıştıralım.
7.1-2 dk daha kaynattıktan sonra tuzunu ilave edip altını kapatalım.
8.Üzeri için 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ve bir çay kaşığı naneyi kızdırıp çorbamıza ilave edelim.
9.Terbiyeli havuç çorbamız servise hazır.
