Hazırlanışı;
1.Yeşil soğan doğranır, roka iri iri doğranır. Domatesler 2 ya da 3 parçaya kesilerek derince bir kaba alınır.
2.Limon suyu, zeytinyağı ve nar ekşisi eklenerek karıştırılır. Tuzu ayarlanır.
3.Servis tabağına alınır.
4.Üzerine zeytin ve beyaz peynir eklenerek servis edilir.
