2.1 lt kaynayan suya yarım çay bardağı kesme hamur eklenir ve hamurlar yumuşayana kadar pişirilir.
3.Daha sonra suyunuz süzmüş olduğumuz yeşil mercimek eklenerek 3-4 dk kaynatılır. Dilerseniz bu aşamada mercimeğin suyunu da çorbaya ekleyebilirsiniz.
4.Ayrı bir kapta 1 su bardağı yoğurt, 1 adet yumurta sarısı, 2 yemek kaşığı un çırpılır.
5.Pişmiş olan hamur ve mercimeğin suyundan 1-2 kepçe alınarak yoğurda eklenir.
6.Daha sonra çorbamız karıştırılarak yavaş yavaş yoğurt çorbaya ilave edilir.
7.Kaynayana kadar çorba karıştırılır.
8.Kaynadıktan sonra 2 diş ezilmiş sarımsak eklenir.
9.1-2 dk kaynatılır ve ocaktan alınır. Tuzunu da ocaktan aldıktan sonra ekleyebilirsiniz.
10.Üzerinde tereyağın da kızdırdığınız nane ile servis edilir.
