Hazırlanışı;
1.Dilimlediğimiz 1 kg kabağı fırın poşetinde sıralayalım.
2.Kabakların üzerine 1,5 su bardağı şekeri serpelim.
3.Fırın poşetini güzelce kapattıktan sonra üzerinde bir kaç delik açalım.
4.Tatlımızı 180°C önceden ısıtılmış fırında 25-30 dk pişirelim.
5.Pişme süresi kabakların boyutuna göre değişebilir.
6.Kontrol ederek fırından alalım.
7.Tatlımız soğuduktan sonra üzerini tahin,ceviz veya fıstıkla süsleyerek servis edelim.
