1 parça tavuk göğsü eti (haşlanmış )

1 kase süzme yoğurt veya katı ev yoğurdu
2 diş sarımsak

Hazırlanışı;

1.Tencereye sıvıyağımızı alalım.
2.Üzerine yarım su bardağı arpa şehriyeyi ilave edip kavuralım.
3.Kavrulan şehriyeye yarım su bardağı daha arpa şehriye ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Daha sonra 2 su bardağı sıcak su ilave edip tuzunu ayarlayalım.
5.Ve kapağını kapatıp suyunu çekinceye kadar pişirelim.
6.Pişen şehriyemizi 10 dk dinlendirelim.
7.Ayrı bir kapta 3 adet küp küp doğranmış közlenmiş kırmızı biber,4 adet küçük küçük doğranmış kornişon turşu,1 tutam ince kıyılmış dereotu,1 parça haşlanmış küçük küçük doğranmış tavuk göğsünü ilave edip karıştıralım.
8.Ardından arpa şehriyeleri ilave edip tekrar karıştıralım.
9.1 kase süzme yoğurt,2 diş sarımsak ve tuz ile hazırladığımız yoğurt sosumuzu da salatamıza ilave edip karıştıralım.
10.Yedikçe yedirten arpa şehriye salatamız servise hazır.
