Patatesli Sosis Tarifi | Kahvaltılık Sosis ve Patates Video

Hafta sonu kahvaltısı bizim için özeldir, tüm aile birarada keyifli ve bol çeşitli kahvaltı yapmaya bayılırız. Geçen haftaki kahvaltıdan birkaç video çekmiştim ancak kanalımıza ekleyebiliyorum. Bu videolardan bir tanesi dün paylaşmış olduğum tavada yumurtalı tost, bir diğeri ise patatesli sosis tarifi. Bana göre sosis'in en lezzetli hali, bizim evde çok fazla tüketilmeyen sosis sanırım sadece bu şekilde mutfağımızda yer alıyor. Salça ve patates kızartması ile son derece lezzetli bir kahvaltılık. Gelelim Patatesli Sosis nasıl yapılır?
1.4-5 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ alınır, yağ kızdıktan sonra 1 adet küçük küçük doğranmış patates eklenerek patatesler kızartılır.
2.Kızaran patateslerin üzerine küçük dilimlere ayrılmış 3-4 adet sosis eklenir. Birkaç dakika çevrilerek sosislerin de kızarması
sağlanır.
3.Daha sonra 1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası, yarım su bardağı sıcak, karabiber, tuz ve pulbiber eklenerek kaynatılır.
4.1-2 dk daha pişirdikten sonra servis tabağına alınır.
