1 paket vanilya
1 paket kabartma tozu
Üzeri için:
1 paket çikolatalı puding
750 ml süt (pudingi hazırlamak için, paketin üzerinde belirtilen miktara göre değişebilir)
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yumurta ve şekerler mikser ile güzelce çırpılır.
2.Üzerine sıvı yağ, süt, un, kabartma tozu ve vanilya ilave edilerek kek hamuru hazırlanır.
3. 28x28 kare borcam yağlanır. Çok kabarık bir kek olmuyor, daha büyük bir fırın kabı kullanılacaksa malzemeleri eşit oranda artırmanızı öneririm.
4.Fırın kabı yağlanır ve kek hamuru dökülür.
5.175 C derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında kek pişirilir.
6.İlk sıcaklığı çıktıktan sonra oklava ile (ona benzer başka bir şey de kullanabilirsiniz ) kekin üzerinde delikler açılır.
7.Kek pişerken hazırlanan ve ılıyan puding kekin üzerine dökülür.
8.Soğuduktan üzerine hindistan cevizi serpilir. Afiyet olsun
