Gelelim kırmızı biber mezesi nasıl yapılır?
1.4-5 adet közlenmiş kırmızı biber küçük kareler halinde doğranır.
2.Tavaya alınarak suyu gidene kadar kavrulur.
3.Daha sonra 3 yemek kaşığı kadar sıvı yağ eklenir ve 8-10dk daha kavurmaya devam edilir.
4.Kavrulan biberler hızlıca soğuması için bir tabağa alınır.
5.Bu arada 3-4 yemek kaşığı süzme yoğurt, tuz ve sarımsak çırpılır.
6.Süzme yoğurdu 2-3 yemek kaşığı su ile daha rahat açabilirsiniz.
7.Soğuyan biberler yoğurt ile karıştırılır ve servis kasesine alınır. Son derece lezzetli, az malzeme ile yapılan kırmızı biber mezemiz sofranın yıldızı olmaya hazır :)
