1,5 su bardağı toz şeker
Yarım çay bardağı süt
1 adet limonun kabuğunun rendesi
1 adet limonun suyu
1 paket vanilya
1 paket kabartma tozu
2 su bardağı un
Keki ıslatmak için;
2 su bardağı süt
Üzeri için;
1 paket krem şanti
1 çay bardağı süt
Çikolata
Hazırlanışı;
1.3 adet yumurtayı ve 1,5 su bardağı toz şekeri köpürünceye kadar çırpalım.
2.Üzerine yarım çay bardağı süt,limon kabuğu rendesi ve limon suyunu ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edelim.
3.Daha sonra eleyerek vanilya,kabartma tozu ve 2 su bardağı unu ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Kek hamurumuzu kalıba boşaltalım.
5.Önceden ısıtılmış 170 derece fırında pişmeye bırakalım.
6.Ilıyan kekimizi servis tabağına alıp 2 su bardağı süt ile ıslatalım.
7.Üzerini hazırlamış olduğumuz krem şanti ile süsleyelim.
8.Süslemesi için benmari usulü erittiğimiz çikolata kullanabiliriz.
9.Limonlu ıslak kekimizi 5-6 saat kadar buzdolabında beklettikten sonra servis edebiliriz.
