Çekilmiş fındık
Hazırlanışı;
1.yoğurma kabına 2 adet yumurta ve 1 yumurtanın sarısı,1 su bardağı mısır nişastası,1 su bardağı pudra şekeri ve 250 g oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağını alarak çırpalım.
2.Daha sonra 1 paket kabartma tozu ve yaklaşık 3,5-4 su bardağı unu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek yoğuralım.
3.Yumuşak bir hamur elde edelim.
4.Hamurdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alarak yuvarlayalım.
5.Önce yumurta akına ardından çekilmiş fındığa bulayarak yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine dizelim.
6.Önceden ısıtılmış 175°C fırında yaklaşık 15 dk üzeri beyaz kalacak şekilde pişirelim.
7.İlk sıcağı çıkan kurabiyelerimiz servise hazır.
