2.Tercihinize göre elinizde hangi tür biberden varsa kullanabilirsiniz.
3.1 kase temizlenmiş ve ince doğranmış mantar ilave edilerek 5 dakika kadar kavurmaya devam edilir.
4.Bir kasede 3 adet yumurta çırpılır, tuzu ayarlanarak karıştırılır.
5.Omlet tavası sıvı yağ ile hafifçe yağlanır ve ısıtılır, üzerine çırpılan yumurtalar dökülerek yaydırılır.
6.Yumurtalar pişmeye başlayınca hazırlanan iç harcı omletin yarısına boşaltılır.
7.Omletin diğer yarısı iç harcının üzerine dikkatli bir şekilde kapatılır. 1-2 dakika içinde omletimiz servise hazır, şimdiden afiyet olsun.
