Android Handy - kleiner Fehler oder kompletter Hardwaredefekt ? Video

Dieses Google Pixel 4a mit Android 13 mit dem aktuellen Build funktioniert problemlos ... bis auf die Audio-Funktionen wie Ton und Mikrofon. Das Handy ist komplett verstummt und spielt Videos zwar ab, allerdings ist weder mit dem internen Lautsprecher, noch mit externen Lautsprechern oder Bluetooth-Lautsprechern ein Ton zu hören.

Nimmt man mit der Kamera auf, dann funktioniert die Foto-Aufnahme problemlos, die Video-Aufnahme meldet aber beim Aufnehmen, dass das Mikrofon aus ist oder gerade verwendet wird.

Es gibt leider auch keine explizite Fehlermeldung. Scannt man das Handy mit Play-Protect, dann wird auch keine schädliche Software gefunden. Die einzige Möglichkeit scheint das komplette Rücksetzen zu sein. Wenn Ihr eine Idee oder Lösung habt, dann schreibt sie einfach in die Kommentare.
