2,5 su bardağı sıcak su

1 kavanoz garnitür
Dereotu
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye 3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve önceden ıslattığımız 1,5 su bardağı pirinci ekleyip bir kaç dk kavuralım.
2.Ardından 2 yemek kaşığı tereyağınıda ilave ederek kavurmaya devam edelim.
3.Üzerine 2,5 su bardağı sıcak su,Yeteri kadar tuz ekleyip karıştıralım.
4.Tencerenin kapağını kapatıp pişmeye bırakalım.
5.Suyunu çeken pilavımıza garnitür ve ince kıyılmış dereotunu ilave ederek yavaş yavaş karıştıralım.
6.Ocağın altını kapatıp pilavımızı 15-20 dakika dinlenmeye bırakalım.
7.Pilavımız servise hazır.
