Cevizli Un Helvası
Malzemeler
100 gram margarin
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
2 su bardağı un
Kırılmış ceviz
2 su bardağı toz şeker
3 su bardağı sıcak su
Hazırlanışı;
1.Bir kasede sıcak suyu ve toz şekeri karıştırın.
2.Çelik tencerede margarini ve sıvı yağı eritin sonra unu ilave ederek tahta kaşıkla karıştırın(un kahve rengi allana kadar).
3.Sonra cevizleri ekleyin ve 5 dakika daha karıştırın.
4.Sıcak suyu ilave edin yavaş yavaş ve her zaman karıştırın(top top olmasın diye).
5.Ocaktan aldıktan sonra çorba kaşığıyla şekil verin.
