2.Yağlanmış fırın kabına 1,5- 2 cm kalınlığında olacak şekilde köfte harcı döşenir.
3.180C önceden ısıtılmış fırında köfte pişirilir.
4.Fırından çıkan köfte sıcağıyla servis edilir.
5.Patates püresi ya da pilavla birlikte servis edebilirsiniz.
