2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ

tavuk bulyon (isteğe bağlı)
Hazırlanışı;
1.Pilav tenceresine tereyağını koyarak eritin, sıvı yağı ekleyin.
2.Şehriyeleri ekleyin ve biraz kırmızılaşana kadar yani rengini alana kadar kavurun.
3.Üzerini bir parmak geçecek kadar sıcak su ekleyin, ben 3 su bardağı ekledim. Gerekirse ilave yapabilirsiniz. .
4.İsteğe bağlı olarak bu aşamada bulyonu ekleyebilirsiniz.
5.Son olarak tuzunu da ekleyerek kapağını kapatın.
6.Şehriyeler suyu çekince altını kapatabilirsiniz.
