Kaşık Dökmesi Tarifi
Malzemeler
1 su bardağı yoğurt
2 adet yumurta
1 çay bardağından bir parmak kadar az sıvı yağ
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1,5 - 2 su bardağı un
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurt, yumurta ve sıvı yağ çırpılır.
2.Üzerine kabartma tozu, tuz ve un eklenerek karıştırmaya devam edilir.
3.İlk olarak 1,5 su bardağı un eklenir. Gerekirse bir miktar daha ekleyebilirsiniz koyu kıvamlı bir hamur elde edeceğiz. Videoda kıvamını görebilirsiniz.
4.Hamur hazır olduktan sonra yapışmaz bir tavanın tabanı çok az yağlanır, hamurdan birer kaçık koyularak her iki yüzeyi de pişirilir. Orta ateşte pişirebilirsiniz, çok harlı ateşte hamurun içi pişmeyebilir.
5.Tüm hamur bu şekilde pişirildikten sonra servis edilir.
