Malzemeler

1, 5 paket petibör bisküvi
1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri
25 gram kakao
1 paket vanilya
1 çay bardağı süt
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı(eritilmiş)

Üzeri için:

80 gram bitter çikolata
Hindistan cevizi, toz fıstık, granül şeker vs.

Hazırlanışı;

1.1,5 paket petibör bisküvimizi un haline getirip bir kaba alalım.
2.Daha sonra 1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri,kakao,vanilya,1 çay bardağı süt,1 yemek kaşığı eritilmiş tereyağınıda ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Streç film serdiğimiz zemine hamuru alarak rulo şekline getirelim ve saralım.
4.30-40 dk buzlukta bekletelim.
5.Tatlımızı 1 parmak genişliğinde keselim.
6.Benmari usullü eritilmiş çikolataya batıralım.
7.Çikolataların donması için tatlımızı buzdolabında 5 dakika bekletelim.
8.Üzerini toz antep fıstığı,hindistan cevizi ve fındık ile süsleyerek servis edelim.
