3-4 dal taze soğan
bir kaç dal maydanoz
bol miktarda iri kırılmış ceviz

nar ekşisi

Hazırlanışı;
1.Domatesler ve yeşil biber küçük küçük doğranır.
2.Kuru soğan mümkün olduğunca küçük doğranarak biraz tuzla ovulur.
3.Yeşil soğanlar ve maydanozlar da çok ince kıyılır.
4.Bütün malzeme geniş bir kaba alınır, iri kırılmış cevizler, zeytinyağı ve nar ekşisi ilave edilir.
5.Göz kararı yaklaşık 1 yemek kaşığı sumak da eklenir.
6.Karıştırılarak servis tabağına alınır. Zeytinyağının ve nar ekşisinin miktarını kendi zevkinize göre ayarlayabilirsiniz, ben sevdiğim için oldukça bol kullanıyorum.
7.Cevizi de yine neredeyse 1 su bardağına yakın ekliyorum.
