4 haşlanmış patates
1 yumurta
1 çay bardağı ince bulgur
1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
1 rendelenmiş soğan
1 tutam maydanoz
Tuz
Karabiber
Nane
Pul biber
Kızartmak için:
2 yumurta ( bulanacak )
Sıvı yağ
Hazırlanışı;
1.Haşlanmış patatesler rendelenir.
2.Üzerine ince bulgur,rendelenmiş soğan,ince kıyılmış maydanoz,salça,tuz,karabiber,pulbiber,nane ve yumurta eklenerek güzelce yoğrulur.
3.Harçtan parçalar alınarak el ile şekillendirilir,15-20 dk dinlendirilir.
4.Yumurtaları çırpılır ve patatesler yumurtaya arkalı önlü batırılır.
5.Daha sonra kızgın yağda kızartılır.
