1 kap pirinç
1,5 kap tavuk suyu ya da sıcak su
3 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.1 su bardağı pirinç bir kaba alınarak bol su ile yıkanır.
2.Yaklaşık yarım saat tuzlu suda bekletilir.
3.Diğer yandan bir tencereye 3 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ve 1 yemek kaşuğı sıvıyağ alınır ve eritilir.
4.Yağ kızdığında suyu süzülen piriçlerde tencereye alınır ve bir kaç dakika kavrulur.
5.Pirinçler birbirine yapışmaya başladığında 1,5 su bardağı tavuk suyu ve ya sıcak suyu ekleyelim.
6.Tuzunu ayarlayarak tencerenin kapağını kapatalım.
7.Pirinçler suyunu çekip göz göz olduğunda altı kısılır.
8.Suyunu tamamen çektiğinde ocağı kapatalım ve üzerine kağıt havlu örtelim ve dinlenmeye bırakalım.
7.Yavaşça karıştırarak servis edebiliriz.
