Hazırlanışı:
1.Karıştırma kabına yumurta, şeker ve vanilyayı alarak beyazlaşana kadar çırpalım.
2. Sıvıyağ da ekleyip çırpmaya devam edelim.
3. Nişasta ve kabartma tozunu da ilave edip tekrarçırpalım
4. Yağlayıp hafif unlanmış kalıba kek hamurunu boşaltalım.
5. Önceden ısıtılmış 150 derece fırında yaklaşık 35 dk pişirelim.
6. Kekimizi servis tabağına ters çevirip pudra şekeri serpelim.
