10 yemek kaşığı şeker
9 yemek kaşığı irmik
1 paket vanilya
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
2 yemek kaşığı kakao

Hazırlanışı;
1. Bir tencereye süt boşaltılır, şeker ve irmik eklenir ve kaynayana kadar karıştırılır.
2.Kaynadıktan sonra ateşten alınır ve tereyağı ile vanilya eklenir.
3.Kaselerin yarısına kadar pişen muhallebiden doldurulur.
4.Kalan muhallebinin içerisine kakao eklenerek karıştırılır.
5.Daha sonra kaselerin boş kalan kısımlarıda kakaolu muhallebi ile doldurulur.
6.Tatlılar 3-4 saat buzdolabında kaldıktan sonra ters çevrilerek çıkartılır ve üzeri kakao ve ceviz ile süsleyip servis edebilirsiniz.
