1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası
baharat karışımı (yeni bahar, kimyon, kekik, kara biber, kırmızı toz biber, pul biber)
Hazırlanışı;
1.Patatesler soyularak ikiye kesilir.
2.Bagetler tencereye alınarak istenilen baharatlar üzerine serpilir.
3.Ben yeni bahar, kimyon, kara biber, pul biber, kırmızı toz biber, kekik kullandım)
4.Biraz karıştırarak bagetler baharata bulanır.
5.Üzeri patates ile örtülür.
6.Bir kasede domates salçası yarım su bardağı kadar suda çözdürülerek tavukların üzerine gezdirilir.
7.Tencerenin kapağı kapatılarak kısık ateşte pişmeye bırakılır.
8.Üzeri patates ile örtülü olduğu için tavuklar yumuşacık pişecektir. Hazırlanması çok pratik, kurtarıcı bir yemek, üstelik de yağ kullanmadan kendi suyu ile pişeceği için diyet yapanlar için de lezzetli bir öğün olabilir, şimdiden afiyet olsun:)
