Fındıklı kurabiye nasıl yapılır?
1.1 adet yumurta sarısı ve yarım su bardağı pudra şekerin yoğurma kabına alınarak çırpılır,
2.Daha sonra 110g tereyağı veya margarin ve 1 paket canlıya eklenerek çarpmaya devam edilir, 1 tutam tuz ve yaklaşık 1,5 su bardağı un yavaş yavaş ilave edilerek hamur yoğrulur.
3.Hazırlanan hamur streç filme sarılarak buzdolabında 20 dk dinlendirilir.
4.Dinlemen hamurdan bir parça alınarak el ile yuvarlanır. Parmağınızda orta kısmına bastırarak çukur oluşturulur.
5.Şekillendirilen kurabiye önce yumurta Akına, daha sonra ise fındığa bulanarak yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tepsisine dizilir,
6.Kurabiyeler önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında yaklaşık 20 dk pişirilir,
Fırından alındıktan sonra üzerine benmari usulü eritilmiş çikolata ya da reçel yerleştirilerek servis edilir,
