Sütlü Mercimek Çorbası Tarifi İçin Malzemeler;
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1 adet kuru soğan
2 yemek kaşığı un
1,5 su bardağı kırmızı mercimek
1 su bardağı süt
1,5 lt su
İsteğe bağlı tavuk suyu
Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tereyağı ve sıvı yağ tencereye alınarak ısıtılır.
2.Küçük doğranmış kuru soğan kavrulur.
3.Un eklenerek rengi dönene kadar kavrulur ve yıkanıp suyu süzülen mercimekler eklenir.
4.Karıştırılır ve üzerine su ilave edilir.
5.Tencerenin kapağı kapatılarak mercimekler pişene kadar pişirilir. Gerekirse su ilavesi yapılarak mercimeklerin pişmesi sağlanır. İsteğe bağlı tavuk suyu da ekleyebilirsiniz.
6.Mercimekler piştikten sonra çorba blenderdan geçirilir.
7.Süt ve tuz eklenerek 4-5 dk kısık ateşte kaynatıldıktan sonra ocaktan alınır.
Çorbanın kıvamı koyu gelirse sıcak su ilave edebilirsiniz.
