Malzemeler
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1,5 yemek kaşığı un
1,5 su bardağı süt
Tuz
Karabiber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tereyağı ve sıvı yağ küçük bir tencereye alınarak ısıtılır.
2.Un ilave edilerek kavrulur.
3.Kokusu çıkan un kavrulmuştur, üzerine 1,5 su bardağı su ilave edilir. 4.Çırpıcı ile hızlıca çırpılır, topak kalmaması sağlanır.
5.Tuz ve karabiber de eklenerek kaynayıncaya kadar karıştırılarak pişirilir.
6.1-2 dk kaynadıktan sonra ocaktan alınır.
