5 yemek kaşığı pudra şekeri
300 g taze veya dondurulmuş çilek
200 g petibör bisküvi
1 avuç kırılmış fındık
1 avuç damla çikolata
Süslemek için;
damla çikolata
fındık
çikolata sosu
taze kırmızı meyveler (çilek, frambuaz)
Hazırlanışı;
1.2 paket sıvı kremaya 5 yemek kaşığı pudra şekerini ekleyerek kabarıncaya kadar çırpalım.
2.Daha sonra 200 g kırılmış bisküvi,400 g doğranmış çilek,1 çay bardağı damla çikolata ve yarım çay bardağı kırılmış fındık ekleyerek karıştıralım.
3.Pratik kesme bıçağı ile istediğimiz uzunlukta streç filmi kolayca keserek kalıbımızın içine güzelce kaplayalım.
4.Böylelikle tatlımız donduktan sonra kalıptan kolayca çıkarabiliriz.
5.Hazırladığımız karışımı kalıba boşaltarak üzerini düzeltelim.
6.Son olarak tatlımızın üzerinide streç film ile kapatarak dondurucuya kaldıralım.
7.Parfemizi en az- saat derin dondurucuda beklettikten sonra dilediğimiz şekilde süsleyerek servis edelim.
