3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
2 adet havuç
4 adet orta boy patates
Tuz, karabiber, pul biber
Üzeri için;
1 kase yoğurt
1 diş sarımsak
Tuz
Yağda kızdırılmış pul biber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tavamıza 3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağımızı alalım.
2.Üzerine küçük küçük doğranmış soğanımızı ekleyelim ve kavuralım.
3.Soğan kavrulunca üzerine rendelemiş olduğumuz havuçları ekleyelim ve kavurmaya devam edelim.
4.4 orta boy adet patatesimizi haşlayıp sıcakken ezelim.
5.Daha sonra patatesimizin üzerine havuçlu soğanlı karışımımızı ilave edelim.
6.Tuz,karabiber ve pul biberi de ilave edip iyice karıştıralım ve soğumaya bırakalım.
7.Soğuyan harcımızdan küçük küçük toplar yapalım ve servis tabağına dizelim.
8.Üzerine 1 kase yoğurt, tuz ve 1 diş sarımsak ile hazırladığımız sosumuzu gezdirelim.
9.Son olarak da yağda kızdırmış olduğumuz pul biberimizi gezdirelim.
10.Patatesli havuçlu toplarımız servise hazır.
