What are limiting beliefs? Well, they’re NOT 75% of what they take the blame for! In this video, I want to offer up a CLEAR definition of what IS a limiting belief, and then share 4 things that should not get blamed on your beliefs.

https://xotara.us/training Probably the biggest myth of limiting beliefs is that everything bad that happens - or every word you say that someone else doesn’t like - stems from your limiting beliefs. But that’s less often the case than you’d think. In my decade of helping women overcome limiting beliefs, you’d be surprised how often it comes down to these other 4 things - especially #4!
Focusing too much on your limiting beliefs in business or life can actually become a limitation itself (and turn us into neurotic basketcases!) when they aren’t actually to blame. It impairs our judgment, impedes our progress, and frustrates us because our energy is going into the wrong thing, and making us feel like there is something wrong with us.
But boss lady, 1) there is nothing wrong with you, limiting belief or not, and 2) only YOU get to determine what is and isn’t a “self-limiting belief”. Despite the popularity of everyone having an opinion on your problems or solutions, YOU are the best gauge of what’s really happening beneath the surface.
So take heart, because it might not be a “limiting belief” holding you back after all.
