Tart Kalıbında Patates Salatası Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
1 kilo patates
2-3 adet havuç
Yarım demet dereotu
2-3 dal taze soğan
Yarım demet maydanoz
1 çorba kaşığı tereyağ
Yarım limon
Karabiber, kimyon, tuz
Zeytinyağ
Süslemek için;
Yoğurt
Mayonez
1 diş sarımsak
Pul biber, nane
Mısır
Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir kapta 1 kilo patatesi haşlayarak ezelim.
2.1 yemek kaşığı tereyağını da ekleyip karıştıralım.
3.Daha sonra üzerine 2-3 adet rendelenerek sotelenmiş havuç,2-3 dal taze soğan,dereotu ve maydanozu ilave ederek karıştıralım.
4.Yarım limon suyu,Karabiber,kimyon,tuz ve zeytinyağını da ekleyerek tekrar karıştıralım.
5.Streç film ile kapladığımız tart kalıbımıza patatesli harcımızı koyup bastırarak yerleştirelim.
6.En az 2-3 saat buzdolabında bekletelim.
7.Bekletmiş olduğumuz patates salatamızı servis tabağına ters çevirelim.
8.Orta kısmındaki boşluğa 1 kase yoğurt,mayonez ve 1 diş sarımsak ile hazırlamış olduğumuz sosumuzu dökelim.
9.Üzerini istediğimiz gibi süsleyip dilimleyerek servis edelim.
