2-3 yaprak kıvırcık marul
4-5 dal taze yeşil soğan
Salata sosu için;
6 yemek kaşığı mayonez
2 yemek kaşığı hardal
az tuz

Hazırlanışı;
1.İlk olarak 6 yemek kaşığı mayonez,2 yemek kaşığı hardal,az tuz ve karabiberi güzelce karıştıralım.
2.Derince bir kaba 4 adet küp küp doğrayıp tuzlu suda haşlayıp patatesleri alalım.
3.Üzerine hazırladığımız sosu boşaltalım ve patatesleri fazla ezmeden karıştıralım.
4.Daha sonra ince kıyılmış 4-5 dal taze soğan,2-3 yaprak marulu ekleyerek salatamızı bir kez daha karıştıralım.
5.Dilerseniz et yemeklerinin yanında garnitür olarakta servis edebileceğiniz patates salatamız hazır.
