10 Dakika Kurabiyesi (Mutlaka Deneyin)
Malzemeler
1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri
Yarım paket kabartma tozu
3 adet yumurta sarısı
250 gram yumuşamış tereyağı veya margarin
2 paket mısır nişastası (400 gram)

Hazırlanışı;

1.Yoğurma kabımıza 3 adet yumurta sarısı,1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri,250 g tereyağı ve ya margarin, yarım paket kabartma tozu ve 400 g mısır nişastasını ilave edip yumuşak bir hamur elde edlim.
2.Hamurumuzdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alıp yuvarlayalım.
3.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
4.Önceden ısıtılmış 180° fırında beyaz kalacak şekilde 10-12 dk pişirelim.
5.Pişen kurabiyelerimizi soğumaya bırakalım.
6.Üzerini pudra şekeri ile süsleyelim.
