2.Derince bir kaba 2 su bardağı yoğurt ve 1 su bardağı soğuk su eklenerek çırpılır.
3.2 diş dövülmüş sarımsak ve rendelenmiş salatalıklar eklenerek karıştırılır.
4.İsteğe bağlı olarak ince kıyılmış dereotu da eklenebilir.
5.Tuzu ayarlanır.
6.Kuru nane eklenir.
7.Karıştırılarak servis kaselerine alınır.
8.Üzerine zeytinyağı gezdirilerek kuru veya taze nane ile süsleyip servis yapabilirsiniz.
