Bol peynir ve domates biber ile tadına doyum olmayan kahvaltı ekmeği için gereken malzemeler
1 su bardağı ezilmiş rendelenmiş beyaz peynir
1 su bardağı rende kaşar peyniri
1 adet yumurta
1 adet küçük domates( kabuğu ve çekirdeği çıkartılmış küp doğranmış)
2 adet ince doğranmış sivri biber
2-3 dal ince kıyılmış maydanoz
5- 6 adet kare tost ekmeği ( ince dilimlenmiş normal ekmekle de olur)
Oda ısısında yumuşamış tereyağ
Hazırlanışı;
1.Öncelikle derince bir kaseye 1 adet yumurta alınarak çırpılır.
2.1 su bardağı kaşar peyniri rendesi ve 1 su bardağı ufalanmış beyaz peynir eklenerek karıştırılır.
3.1 adet çekirdekleri alınmış ve küp küp doğranmış domates, 2 adet ince doğranmış sivri biber, 2-3 dal ince kıyılmış maydanoz eklenerek harç karıştırılır.
4.Fırın 180-200 derecede çalıştırılır.
5.Fırın tepsisine yerleştirilen tost ekmeklerinin üzerine ince bir şekilde tereyağı sürülür,
6.Hazırlanan harç tost ekmeklerinin üzerine yerleştirilir.
7.Fırın tepsisi fırına sürülerek peynirler kızarıncaya kadar pişirilir.
8.ekmeklerin üzerinin daha iyi kızarması için son bir kaç dakika da fırını ızgara ayarında çalıştırabiirsiniz.
9.Sıcak sıcak servis edilir.
