Aldığı kadar un ( 4-4. 5 bardak civarı)

Hazırlanışı;

1.Derince bir kaba 1 su bardağı sıvıyağ,1 su bardağı ceviz,1 su bardağı tahin,1 su bardağı şeker,1 su bardağı kavrulmuş kadayıf ve 1 paket kabartma tozu alarak kaşıkla güzelce karıştıralım.
2.Karıştırdığımız malzemelere yavaş yavaş un ekleyelim ve hamuru yoğuralım.
3.Yaklaşık su bardağı kadar un yeterli olacaktır.
4.Hamurdan bir parça alarak elimizle yuvarlayalım ve yağlı kağıt serdiğimiz fırın tepsisine sıralayalım.
5.Önceden ısıttığımız 180°C fırında kurabiyelerimiz hafif pembeleşinceye kadar pişirelim.
6.Fırından aldığımız kurabiyelerin üzerine pudra şekeri serperek servis edebilirsiniz.
