2.Üzerine ikinci yufkayı serin aynı işlemi bu yufka için de uygulayın
3.üzerine 3. yufkayı serin üzerine tahin sürün, bir avuç kadar şeker serpin ve yine bir avuç daha kırılmış ceviz serpin.
4.Çok sıkı olmayacak şekilde yufkayı rulo yapalım.
5.2-3 parmak eninde keselim ve yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye dizelim.
6.180 derecede ısıttığımız fırında üzeri hafif pembeleşinceye kadar pişirelim.
7.Çok hızlı pişer, fırını kontrol etmeyi unutmayın.
8.Soğuduktan sonra üzerine de pudra şekeri serpebilirsiniz.
