3.Hazırlanan hamur 2 parçaya bölünerek beze yapılır.
4.Oklava veya merdane yardımı ile 3 mm çapında açılır.
5.Açılan hamur bir çay bardağı veya kurabiye kalıbı ile daireler şeklinde kesilir.
6.Hamurlar bol kızgın yağda kızartılır.
7.Kızartılan topların içerisine krema sıkılarak servis tabağına alınır.
8.Bu tarifte biz hazır krema kullandık, siz varsa beğendiğiniz başka bir pasta kremasını da kullanabilirsiniz.
9.Üzerini isteğe göre pudra şekeri, tarçın veya çikolata sosu ile süsleyebilirsiniz.
