Malzemeler
1 paket margarin (erit-soğut)
1 su bardağı sıvı yağ
2 yumurta (sarisi ayrılacak)
4 yemek kaşığı çörek otu (isterseniz fazlada ekleyebilirsiniz )
2 paket kabartma tozu
Yarım su bardağı pudra şekeri
2 çay kaşığı tuz
Aldığı kadar un
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabımıza 250 g eritip soğuttuğumuz tereyağımızı alalım.
2.Daha sonra 1 su bardağı sıvıyağ, 2 adet yumurta akı,4 yemek kaşığı çörek otu,2 adet kabartma tozu,yarım su bardağı pudra şekeri ve 2 çay kaşığı tuzu ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.6 su bardağı unu yavaş yavaş ilave edip kulak memesi yumuşaklığında bir hamur elde edelim.
4.Hamurumuzdan fındık büyüklüğünde yuvarlaklar yapıp yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsimize dizelim.
5.Biz bu ölçülerle 225 adet kurabiye elde ettik.
6.üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürelim.
7.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında 12-15 dk kadar pişirelim.
8.Tuzlu mini kurabiyelerimiz servise hazır.
