Sosu için;

Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ
1 yumurta
Hazırlanışı;
1.3-4 yemek kaşığı kadar sıvıyağ tencereye alınır.
2.750 g ince doğranmış pırasa ve 3 adet rendelenmiş havuç tencereye alınarak yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirilir.
3.Daha sonra tuz ve karabiber eklenerek karıştırılır.
4.Sosu için bir kaba 1 adet yumurta,yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ,1 su bardağı süt alınarak çırpılır.
5.Böreklik hazır yufka 4e bölünerek bir parçası tezgaha serilir.
6.Yufkanın üzerine hazırlanan sostan bolca sürülür.
7.Pırasanın iç harcından yufkanın üzerine serpilerek rulo yapılır.
8.Hazırlanan rulo kıvrılarak gül şekli verilir.
9.Tepsiye yerleştirilen böreklerin üzerine kalan sos sürülür.
10.İsteğe bağlı olarak susam ve çörek otu serpilir.
11.Önceden ısıtılmış 190°C fırında altı üstü kızarıncaya kadar pişmeye bırakılır.
