1 adet domates
3-4 dal yeşil soğan
2 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi
3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
1 çay kaşığı tuz
1 limonun suyu
Hazırlanışı;
1.İnce bulgur bir kaba alınarak üzerini ıslatacak kadar sıcak su eklenir ve kapağı kapatılarak 20 dakika kadar yumuşaması için bekletilir.
2.Bu sırada yeşillikler mümkün olduğunca ince doğranır.
3.Domates çok minik küpler halinde doğranır.
4.Yumuşayan bulgur geniş bir kaba alınıp karıştırılır.
5.Yeşillikler ve domatesler eklenir ve karıştırılır.
6.Nar ekşisi, limon suyu, zeytin yağı ve tuzu isteğe göre ayarlanır.
7.Servis tabağına alınarak servis edilir, afiyet olsun.
