1.Uygun bir kapta haşlanmış 9 adet patates,yeteri kadar tuz,1 adet limonun suyu,karabiber ve pulbiberi karıştıralım.
2.Patatesli harcımızı 3 parçaya ayıralım.
3.Ayırdığımız patatesli harcın bir kısmına ince kıyılmış yarım demet maydanozu ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Diğer harca sıvıyağda sotelediğimiz 3-4 adet havucu ekleyelim.
5.Son harcımızada sıvıyağda sotelediğimiz 1 orta boy lahanamızıda ilave edip iyice karıştıralım.
6.Streç film serdiğimiz uygun bir kaba ilk olarak havuçlu harcımızı bastırarak yerleştirelim.
7.Üzerine maydanozlu harcımızı yayalım.
8.Son olarak lahanalı harcımızı bastırarak yerleştirelim.
