Gelelim 5 dakika kurabiyesinin yapımına,
1.Yoğurma kabına, oda sıcaklığında yumuşamış 250 gr margarin, 1 paket kabartma tozu, 1 adet yumurta sarısı, 1 su bardağı pudra şekeri ve 3,5 - 4 su bardağı un yavaş yavaş eklenerek hamur yoğrulur.
2.Ele yapışmayan bir hamur elde edilir.
3.Kurabiyelerin üzeri için fındık kırığı ve şeker karıştırılır.
4.Hamurdan bir parça alınarak yuvarlanır.
5.Kurabiye hamurun üst kısmı önce yumurta akına batırılır daha sonra fındık şeker karışımına bulanır.
6.Yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tepsisine dizilir.
7.Kurabiyeler 180 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında hafif pembeleşene kadar pişirilir.
8.Bu ölçüler ile yaklaşık 28 adet kurabiye elde edebilirsiniz.
