Çiçek Kurabiye Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
250 gram oda ısısında tereyağı
1 adet yumurta
1, 5 su bardağı pudra şekeri
1, 5 su bardağı mısır nişastası
1 paket vanilya
1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu
2 yemek kaşığı kakao
Yaklaşık 3-3, 5 su bardağı un
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 250 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,1 adet yumurta,1,5 su bardağı pudra şekeri,1,5 su bardağı mısır nişastası,1 paket vanilya ve 1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozunu alarak yoğuralım.
2.Daha sonra yaklaşık 3,5 su bardağı kadar unu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek yumuşak bir hamur elde edelim.
3.Hamuru iki eşit parçaya ayıralım.
4.Bir parçasına 2 yemek kaşığı kakao ekleyerek tekrar yoğuralım.
5.Kakaolu ve sade hamurlarımızdan fındık büyüklüğünde parçalar alarak yuvarlayalım.
6.Yuvarladığımız parçalar çiçek şeklinde bir araya getirilir.
7.Üzerlerine kürdan ile çizikler atalım.
8.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
9.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında 15 dk pişirelim.
10.Biz bu şekilde 30 adet kurabiye elde ettik.
