Sosu için;
1 orta boy çay bardağı süt
1 orta boy çay bardağı sıvı yağ
Bulamak için;
2 adet yumurta
1 su bardağı galeta unu
Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir tavaya 2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve küçük küçük doğranmış 1 adet soğanı alıp kavuralım.
2.Haşlanıp rendelenmiş 2 adet patates,tuz,karabiber,pulbiber ve maydanoz ekleyip 1-2 dk daha kavuralım ve soğumaya bırakalım.
3.Sosu için uygun bir kapta 1 çay bardağı süt ve 1 çay bardağı sıvıyağı karıştıralım.
4.Yufkanın birini tezgaha alalım.
5.Yarısına sos sürüp ikiye katlayalım.
6.4-5 cm kalınlığında şerit halinde keselim.
7.İç harcımızdan yerleştirelim ve muska şeklinde saralım.
8.Böreklerimizi önce çırpılmış yumurtaya ardından galeta ununa bulayalım.
9.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
10.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 30 dk pişirelim.
11.Biz bu şekilde 32 adet börek elde ettik.
