Malzemeler;
2 paket süt kreması (400g)
400 g mantar
1 bütün tavuk
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
15 adet arpacık soğan
3-4 diş sarımsak (2- parçaya kesin)
1 çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
1 su bardağı rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri
Hazırlanışı;
1.Öncelikle bütün tavuk haşlanır, veya kemiksiz göğüs ve kalça eti karışık kullanabilirsiniz (sade göğüs eti biraz kuru gelebilir).
2.Arpacık soğanlar ve sarımsaklar soyulup sıvı yağda hafif kavrulur.
3.Üzerine ayıklanıp dilimlenmiş mantarlar ilave edilir.
4.Mantarlar suyunu salıp yumuşayana kadar pişirilir.
5.Karabiber ve tuz ilave edilir. Haşlanıp beyaz eti didiklenmiş tavuklar ilave edilerek karıştırılır ve ocaktan alınır.
6.Hazırlanan malzeme fırın kabına boşaltılıp üzerine süt kreması gezdirilir.
7.170 derece fırında kızarıp krema çekilinceye kadar pişirilir,
8.üzerine kaşar peyniri rendesi serperek birkaç dakika daha fırında tuttuktan sonra sıcağı ile servis edilir.
