3 yemek kaşığı kakao
1 yemek kaşığı nutella
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 paket vanilya
2. 5 su bardağı un(yaklaşık)
Üzeri için:
Çikolata sos
Hazırlanışı,
1.Uygun bir kapta 3 adet yumurta ve 1 su bardağı şekeri beyazlaşıncaya kadar çırpalım.
2.Daha sonra 1 su bardağı demli çay,yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ,yarım su bardağı süt,3 yemek kaşığı kakao,1 yemek kaşığı çikolata,1 paket kabartma tozu,1 paket vanilya ve 2,5 su bardağı unu ekleyip çırpalım.
3.Hazırladığımız kek hamurunu yağlanmış kek kalıbına dökerek önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 45 dk pişirelim.
4.Soğuyan kekimizi servis tabağına ters çevirelim.
5.Daha önceden hazırlamış olduğumuz tarım paket çikolata sosu ile süsleyerek dilimleyip servis edelim.
6.Browni tadında çaylı kekimizi deneyeceklere şimdiden afiyet olsun.
