Sütlaç Türk mutfağında bilinen bir sütlü tatlı. Lezzetiyle bilinen kıvamıyla farklı farklı yapılan sütlaç tatlı tarifini bu sefer bizde sizler için hazırladık. Süt, şeker ve pirinç ile kolayca hazırlanan sütlaç tarifi tam ağızlara layık bir tatlı. Sütlaç severler için ölçüleri kıvamı tam ve çok nefis sütlaç tarifimiz kanalımıza eklendi. Yapımı çok basit olmasına karşın çocuk büyük herkesin severek yediği geleneksel lezzetlerimizden olan sütlacı yapmak düşündüğünüz kadar zor değil ve her evde mutlaka yapılması gereken özel bir tatlıdır. Sütlaç nasıl yapılır?
2 çay bardağı pirinç yıkanarak tencereye alınır.
Üzerine 1 litre su eklenerek pirinçler uzatıp yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirilir.
Pişen pirinçlere 1 litre süt eklenerek kaynamaya bırakılır,
Ayrı bir kâseye 3 yemek kaşığı pirinç unu ve 1 su bardağı süt alınarak çırpılır,
Kaynayan sütlaç tan 1-2 kepçe alınarak kâseye boşaltılır ve kasedeki karışık bu şekilde ılıtılır,
Daha pasta pirinç unu karışımı tencereye dökülerek karıştırılır ve sütlaç 10 dk kadar kaynamaya bırakılır.
Son olarak 2 su bardağı şeker ilave edilerek 1-2 dik kaynatılır ve ocaktan alınır
Sütlaç kâselere paylaştırılarak soğumaya bırakılır,
Yeterince soğuduktan sonra sütlacı servis edebilirsiniz.
