1 adet havuç
Dereotu

Yoğurt sosu için;
1 kase dolusu yoğurt
1 yemek kaşığı mayonez
2 diş ezilmiş sarımsak
Tuz

Üzeri için;
Zeytinyağı
Kırmızı toz biber

Hazırlanışı;

1.Karıştırma kabımıza 1 su bardağı haşlanmış erişte,1 adet rendelenmiş ve suyu sıkılmış havuç,ince kıyılmış dereotumuzu alalım.
2.Başka bir kapta 1 kase yoğurt,1 yemek kaşığı mayonez,2 diş ezilmiş sarımsak ve tuzunu ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Daha sonra sosumuzu salatamızın üzerine döküp iyice karıştıralım.
4.Salatamız hazır.
5.Servis tabağımıza alalım.
6.Üzeri için zeytinyağı ve toz pulbiberi tavada kızdırıp salatamıza gezdirelim.
