Yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ
2 bardak Mısır gevreği
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 3 adet yumurta,125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,Yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ,1 su bardağı pudra şekeri,3 su bardağı mısır nişastası, su bardağı un,1 paket vanilya ve 1 paket kabartma tozunu alarak yumuşak bir hamur elde edelim.
2. Hamurumuzdan küçük parçalar alarak yuvarlayalım.
3.Yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tepsisine dizelim.
4.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında 15-20 dk kurabiyeler beyaz kalacak şekilde pişirelim.
5.Sıcaklığı çıkan kurabiyelerimizi 3-4 yemek kaşığı kahvaltılık çikolata ve yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ ile benmari usulü hazırladığımız sosa ardından ufalanmış mısır gevreğine bulayalım.
6. Kurabiyelerimiz bitinceye kadar bu şekilde devam edelim.
7.1 saat buzdolabında dinlendirdikten sonra kurabiyelerimiz servise hazır.
